Grace Anne Wood
─ Fine Art ─
Hi, I’m Grace Anne Wood, an artist and mom of four, living and creating in Fort Collins, Colorado.
My work is inspired by morning sunshine streaming through giant pine trees and layered shadows and shapes of mountain trails and vistas, spotted with wild hedges and bursting with life and color. My hope is that my art would transform empty spaces into places of vibrant joy and hopeful contemplation.
Art has always been my way of healing and processing — turning life’s challenges, joys, and everyday beauty into something tangible and up-lifting. Growing up with early hardships taught me that creating something beautiful gives us strength and distance from pain, and I still believe that deeply today.
Hi, I’m Grace Anne!
As a former art teacher and mom of 4 littles, I love sharing the magic of creating art with others — especially kids! Watching young artists explore and create reminds me why we do too: it’s joyful, freeing, and full of wonder. My own children inspire me every day with their pure, thoughtful way of making.
At our house, we make A LOT of art together. It is a dream come true to get to share our creative space with other kiddos too.
I hope you find something that inspires you on my site- whether it is a painting or an art class for you or your kiddo, I hope you can take a deep breath and enjoy the life-giving beauty of art.
